Unethical practices, hostile work environments, and H/R representatives who will cover anything up that may have a negative impact on a manager or the company. This is company wide and is noticeable due to the high turnover of personnel. No training is offered or any indoctrination. If you upset a manager or disagree with their thoughts look forward to being layed off and you will not be asked back.

This company is an old boys club. There are no promotions unless you belong to this club and even then you have to apply and interview for it. There is no training at all and the processes for doing anything are very archaic. The insurance rates are through the roof. The 401K hasn't grown in years....this list is endless. This is the most frustrating company ever. The turn over rate is high there.
