      Excellent management. Visionary CEO. The best of the Japanese quality and long term planning with the American entrepreneurship spirit. Excellent products that you will represent with pride.

      Cons

      Sometimes the company takes a long time to react when there is a good opportunity. Service and support is not seen as a marketing tool.

      Absolutely none. Epson is a wonderful company to work for hands down.

      Pros

      People are nice enough.Its a bit harder for the younger under 30 worker to relate or move up since most have been at Epson for a long time 7+ years.

      Cons

      Management is a but inflexible. They require a lot of convincing.Its alsob boring on must days. Be prepared for very routine office talk and socializing.
