Pros

Great colleagues all struggling to be successful even though they are understaffed with outdated systems. Surprisingly behind the times with their own internal systems for a company that develops technology.

Cons

Limited room for growth. HR is not about developing and taking care of employees but only protecting Epson legally. Many business decisions based on personal political agendas. It is unclear who really owns certain areas of the business since there is so much overlap in roles. Processes are not clearly defined in some areas leading to confusion and massive inefficiency.

EPSON is a very good organization and words best Printer / Scanner / Projects are producing. Management is very friendly and helpful. Every one will get equal respect irrespective of Job. Will get all the facilities and you can enjoy while working.
