The schedule is somewhat flexible. It's a perfect example of a corporation. Fairly stable jobs once a permanent employee. Employee discounts. Racially diverse. Executives are demi-gods.

Cons

It's a perfect example of a corporation so do not expect: change, nice executives, good treatment as a human (after all you would be one more slave), honest and helpful co-workers (the ones that have lasted many years know the tricks and how to set traps). Depending on the department for which you work, the vacation times cannot be used all the time. Hourly employees cannot always claim for legally earned over-time.
