- Bonuses - Stable job - Nice co-workers - Ample parking

Cons

- Old fashioned culture - Worst IT infrastructure and support - Wants to be a CE company but its really more of an IT hardware company. Projectors and printers are the bulk of the business

Great products, needs better middle management

Pros

Sharp intelligent group of people. Company does a lot of product testing to ensure high quality standards for customers. Great training ground for product management career as each PM has a lot of responsibility.

Cons

No culture per say and lack of employee training and development. Relatively flat org structure so it takes years for promotion. Management's energy is spent on meeting goals, not developing team. Pay on low end for tech firm and company does not negotiate salary offer.

Holiday shutdown for 1 week paid. Also possibility of working 9/80 every other Friday off if your manager approves

Cons

Very LEAN! You wear multiple hats and with little to no help even when you have spoken to management they just tell you they are a lean company. PDS is a joke, no matter how much you do you are not awarded. Those who are political and play the game move up the latter, not talent but who you know or befriend. However many leave only to come back as contractors with better pay.
