Design Centers are highly knowledgeable and approachable, work with sales to solve customer problems and lock in business. High capability in graphics market and product integration.

Cons

Constantly changing focus in search of short term revenue. Severely understaffed stateside, with a ever decreasing portfolio of products to sell. No marketing of expertise to speak of.

Great and supportive people. Friendly atmosphere. Low stress but good work. Good employee perks like discounts on Epson and Seiko products. Lots of paid holidays. Paid vacation during Christmas holiday. Equal respect given if you start out as a contractor.

Cons

Get there early for closer parking spots. Only one set of restrooms per floor in the building. Smoking area should be moved farther away from main entrance.
