Great people to work with. Good commissions on sales. Great products

Cons

Can be bureaucratic and takes too long for decisions to be made. Not an open culture, hierarchical. Base pay much lower than industry standards. No career progression prospects unless you’re in head office.

In terms of the salary, we do benchmark all salaries using data from a professional pay benchmarking company. I will however pass on your feedback to the Reward team. We do operate quite a flat organisational structure, rather than having a large career ladder. All opportunities are advertised on the intranet. We do believe that there is plenty of opportunity to grow in terms of depth and breadth of role.

We have a matrix structure that is very much built around our core technologies, and so it can sometimes seem like there is duplication, as each product area does have its own management team.
