I think they don't understand meaning of flexible working. When I asked for foexi time .Hr said 8.00 to 5.00 or 8.30 to 5 00. HR doesn't offer questions before join and she was not sharing line managers contact to speak to. Despite of asking for a call before they ignored. The contract looks like you are getting back to school. Not a good exp after joining. No remote possibility.

Our total pay and benefits offer is constantly being reviewed and benchmarked to ensure we offer a highly competitive overall offer to our employees. The feedback we've had is that our employees tell us that the considerable benefits we offer at Epson are exceptional. All employees can apply for flexible working and we have a core hours policy (which all employees are able to take advantage of to vary their start and finish times between 8-10am and 4-6pm). In addition to this employees can request further flexible working arrangements and can now apply for agile working which allows employees to request working from home for up to 5 days per week if they are eligible.
