Great people, hard working, innovative and go-getting.

Cons

Culture slightly constrained by Japanese hierarchical approach to collaboration. Senior management on the Japanese side can seem aloof.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review. I’m glad to hear you enjoy working with the great people we have at Epson. I’m sorry you feel the culture can be slightly constrained due to certain approaches, one of the reasons for this may be due to the diverse culture we have here at Epson. To aid this we ran some Japanese cultural awareness courses earlier this year; due to their success we will be running them again in 2019. I would highly suggest participating if you haven’t done so already and your point will be something that is taken on-board.
