Pros
You will learn how to work hard at this company with barely any benefit. It is very good experience and if you have the willingness to learn more there might just be an opportunity for you. Upper management isn't always on the ball but they still keep it rolling...slowly.
Cons
The workplace is very busy. Goals may seem a bit out of reach at times, but they are attainable. Leadership is not always capable of keeping employees productive.
