      Google cloud learning , very good technical maturity

      Cons

      Management makes so many shuffles in their team , so many knee jerk reaction. Sometimes fires entire department without proper notice

      Good Pay Good Benefits Flexible Work environment Interesting problems and technology to work with

      Senior management does not understand technology Very old school use of technology Processes put in place now make it take weeks to just get a server or desktop upgraded. Things that should take 10 minutes now take weeks to get done. Schedules are a joke.

      It is normal company not great, pay wise better than industry

      Cons

      * No work life balance * Lot of politics at least in the group I was * No free sharing of information within group, may be job security issue
