      Pros

      Pay is decent. That's about it.

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible. Nobody takes your insurance despite its insane cost. No work life balance whatsoever. If the overlords dictate it then you must do it. No room for reason or negotiation. Will have you working 200 percent capacity week 1 with no training or support. Will add new jobs to the role at the drop of a hat with no notice or training or reason. They will go out of the way to make metrics hard to hit and bonuses will be dangled in your face. When it comes time to pay up they will find a way to disqualify you.

      Cannot think of any pros.

      Cons

      Expect to be lowballed in salary and be told that "titles don't matter - you can call yourself whatever you want". Major disconnect between leadership and employees. During COVID, they wanted people in the office 4 days a week, then wondered why they were hemorrhaging talent.

      Pros

      Really generous Internship program. They did a great job with the months leading to the start date keeping us informed and even sending gifts. They (University Relations) check in often during the 12 weeks to make sure everything is okay. Making connections is easy and encouraged (do it!)

      Cons

      I got a new manager and wasn’t a part of team I was hired for - I still don’t know why. My manager did not know how to handle an intern and was busy with their own things. This more or less soured my entire experience and it did not lead to me loving the role and getting a full time offer (about 60-70% my intern cohort received full time offers)
