      Pros

      Equifax is "the" Big Data company with global scale, in the cloud. This is real enterprise analytics. We have a world of possibilities to work on differentiated data and solutions to resolve the critical issues of our society. This unlocks a myriad of opportunities to employees and a vast range of innovative solutions to create.

      Cons

      Some rigid organizational structures a little inflexible for rapid adjustments , like every Top S&P 500. Somehow "predefined talents on leadership" looks like a "cocoon" for outsider talents, a little slow on fixing meritocracy

      None that I can think of except location

      Cons

      There are many , top ones 1- The management does not plan well and they lay off people every quarter . 2- The leaders at the top has no technical or business talent and hence no opportunity to grow into technology or product 3- you may find yourself Idle most time and the moment you start working , someone else may claim they are already doing that work 😂 Stay away from this place
