      Pros

      Competitive pay and schedule flexibility depending on departments.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks fundamental understanding of the technology side of the business. There's a disparity of understanding between the folks calling the shots and the folks doing actual technical work, upper leadership making promises that they can't keep and making it a problem for people under their org. No work life balance for anyone in the SRE role as they are stretched thin on a weekly basis. Management thinking it's acceptable to drop piles of work on people last minute on a Friday.

      -Largest dataset of any company in the world - equifax invested over $6 Billion and either acquired various other software/SaaS/Technology companies or made official partnerships with them -You will have access to around 2000 products and services to learn and sell -even Moody’s financial Analysis is a product you can sell to your clients for economic research and decision making. Like banks trying to figure out market valuations in a given market segment. For example mortgages/property values in the next 3-6 months in a given neighborhood - equifax has access to consumer, commercial, marketing and dealer track data (every single vehicle bought or sold in NA and many other countries -data of over 184 countries

      Cons

      - Company is run like a private business where the top brass does favourism -seniority matters -change is hard
