good benefits, This is a company where you can grow as person and as profesional. Team work depending on what team you are. my experience doing technology research and technology implementation was one of the best, is a company that Like to innovate and get the best of you.
Cons
average salaries, sometimes too many bureaucracy, it has a good plan of recognition but some managers doesn't use it or they dont care.
