      Interesting business, fascinating industry, friendly people - always willing to help, lots of untapped potential and opportunities given strong assets, solid and stable business model, good brand recall, big enough but not too big that you get lost in the shuffle

      Cons

      Strategy and decision by committee, slow as molasses, hard to innovate because folks are stuck in old ways, lazy business which results to lack of execution rigor, mediocracy, and lack of accountability. Poor and weak leadership. Hard to get upward mobility at the VP level. Toxic, crazy culture — better yet, has no idea what culture means or does.
