Pros
Great benefits; great starting pay; great start if you are not used to corporate settings.
Cons
No work life balance for certain roles . Some days I feel like a ravenous animal scrambling to beat my coworkers who have 3x the amount of PTO that I have. They can be extremely understaffed yet are un willing to bring in new people. Turnaround rates are kind of high Limited movement without a degree. Old fashioned environment. They are modern yet follow a traditional it’s who you know type of setup. You should rely more on social skills than actual work quality if you wanna move up the chain.
