Pros
Projects are good, you will get good exposure to new technologies.
Cons
Employee experience is not that great. Hike is minimal being a product company with good revenue. Work flexibility is not great. Doesn't give many benefits as compared to other. Mostly, shift extends to 10-12 hours but don't get extra compensation for that. There's micromanagement here and a bit toxic as well
