      The pay is fair and PTO

      The “training” was an absolute joke and a waste of time. They had someone who has been at the company 17 years but was training us on a position they never did. Power points and paragraphs are all we got. Favoritism and nepotism galore … managers will bribe their favorite employees that if they bought them lunch, they could be off the phones all day… HR is non existent and the favorites can get away with literally anything… If you love being micromanaged every second of your entire shift … then this is the place for you

      They have high security for all employees and data

      Cons

      They hate any employee not working in an office. Essentially they hat saving money and basically downsized an entire department for being remote only. Last I heard the in office employees who took over those roles are struggling.
