Pros

Good entry level work. Heavy claims desk with multiple clients so be prepared to multi task!

Cons

Decent vacation time and benefits but pay was just ok, minimal.

Pros

My time as a Customer Service Representative at Equifax was excellent. The training provided me with the skills I needed, and the support from colleagues and management was great. I felt empowered to help customers effectively, and the tools available made the job easier. Overall, it was a rewarding experience, and I would recommend Equifax to others looking for a customer service role.

Cons

However, there were some downsides worth mentioning. The workload could be demanding at times, especially during peak periods, which occasionally made it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, while the tools and technology provided were helpful overall, there were occasional glitches or limitations that could slow down productivity.
