      Pros

      Many of the staff are very long term and dedicated to the company. Those folks are invested in seeing the company “turn the corner” following the breach.

      Cons

      The company is going through many changes currently and not all are being handled well. A position that is filled by a new hire today may not be there tomorrow.

      • A management team that seems to not be able to get out of its own way • The leadership team seems unable to agree on anything and move forward • Never ending change – change is good until a point

      Lot of Management shuffle so you actually will never know who is your boss. Doing your job will result in high grades.

      Cons

      Zero focus on customer and a lot of focus on internal empire building.
