I can't say enough positive things about my time at Equifax. First and foremost, the salary and benefits package is top-tier. When it comes to career growth, the opportunities here are fantastic. There's a clear path for advancement, and the company invests heavily in employee development through training programs and internal mobility. The leadership support is also exceptional. My manager is a great mentor who provides clear direction and constructive feedback, and I feel trusted to take ownership of my projects.

The only minor challenge is the pace—things can move extremely very fast, but that's a natural part of working for a leading company in the tech and data space.
