Pros

You may get to work on some cool tech with an actual affect on the good of society. You don't have to come into the office all 5 days. It's a large company with large company benefits.

Cons

Hybrid work schedule. I suspect this may change as Amazon and other companies change back to RTO all week. They only hire people within a radius of an EFX office. They lose great employees or potential employees because of this. (My team suffered from a loss of an contractor this way.) Pay is okay. It's a large company with large company detriments.
