Pros

-Exposure to cutting edge technology for selective development teams. -Work life balance is great if you deliver. -Allow work from homes with excuses.

Cons

-People do not see long term growth because Equifax hires lots of externals rather than supporting internals. -Extraordinary amount of certain group of people in IT side of the company including management which hinders opportunity for other groups of people. -Toxic working environment of blame games. -Saves money on employees, for example insurance price is jacked up
