The culture is one of overwork and exhaustion. People there have worked themselves into the hospital. There is quite a bit of turnover.

Leadership doesn't seem to have a good grip on direction. Everything is an emergency with unrealistic due dates. Adds nothing but stress to those who have to achieve the unobtainable goal.
