Pros

Exceptional training program and everyone is very helpful, patient and very friendly. Everyone has been wonderful in making me feel like part of the Equifax Family and I really enjoy what I do and I have free reign to do my job how I like to without any constraints like time or unnecessary scripting. Overall, a great place to work!

Cons

I would prefer to work Saturdays with a day off during the week. Its hard to take care of certain things during work hours, I have not mentioned this to anyone but probably will eventually.

Pros

Bonus structure can be quite lucrative and annual sales conferences are amazing.

Cons

Cronyism is rampant from the highest levels of the Workforce Solutions business unit. They will sever people in a heartbeat. Many of the male leaders, but not all, have mysogynistic tendencies and practices, and leadership is very white, very male and crony focused.
