      Pros

      It's a relatively small company with around 100 people which has open culture and feeling of a community. Everybody is happy working here. Good compensation training, networking, communication, career opportunities, vacation days and many more other perks, like outings, lunches, gifts, trips, etc. Clients are the biggest financial institutions in the world, so after working here you have a really wide and valuable network. The New York HQ are stunning with one of the best views in the FiDi. Also, the charity efforts of the company are more than noticeable.

      It's hard to find cons for this company. You work a lot but you are being rewarded.
