Equinix Associate Software Engineer reviews

Company's procedures are very inefective (by HR side, so you have to wait sometimes even 1 month to have some documents signed, or some access given). Pay raises and promotions are being done once per year so even if you achieve something great for company, you have to wait full year to MAYBE get some prize for it, and there are some disproportions between seniority level, like you can meet really awesome engineers who are working for 5 years and are on the same postion as new commers with overall lower experience than old employees have in equinix.

Not much to say, haven't encountered anything that bothered me.
