      Pros

      Pleased with our new CEO's attention to detail, passion, and vision. Some of the brightest minds I've worked with are at Equinix. "One Team" dynamics. People are receptive to lending a helping hand when needed. I've really enjoyed the office environment at the locations I've worked in during my time with the company.

      excellent place to demotivate employees

      1. Bias based on gender, mother tounge , years of experience 2. Managers hold back employees from trying to learn new tools and technologies 3. Managers do bias for favorable incompetent employees 4. No manandtory Bias, POSH training set up which adds on to miseries of employees 5. Frequent layoffs, also wont provide the promissed severence pay
