      Adaire recently just joined us from google and I feel very confident about the trajectory of where the company is going. Initially was worried due to the amount of change

      Cons

      Lack of promotion trajectory and pay increment. RSU only available to those who are of certain calibre.

      Was once a great cohesive workplace where you felt you belong to a bigger cause.

      Cons

      Past 5 years have been terrible due to highier upper management placing the bottom line at the center of everything they do. Zero appreciation for those who built up this company past 20 years. Lots of outsourcing taking place. No clear direction from management. Work Culture is non existent.
