As creating a learning and growth environment is very important to us as an organization, we recently rolled out the Grow, Perform, Succeed (GPS) Program to help increase employee awareness. In addition to quarterly conversations with managers about performance and growth, employees will also be assessed for annual rewards distribution through the GPS Program based on his or her demonstration of Impact, Values and Growth & Potential. We strongly encourage you to use your next quarterly conversation with your manager to discuss your desire to grow and take on additional or broader responsibilities at Equinix.
