      People culture is amazing, colleagues are caring, helpful, and trustworthy. The majority are open-minded, kind, and truly embrace diversity, and respectful to others,

      Some of the managers only care about their own achievements, they ignore how the employees feel, a few managers want to be authoritative and need absolute compliance from the team without speaking up/coming up with different opinions.
