Equinix was a great milestone in my career. The employees are amazing and care for each other. I would suggest anyone out of college looking to understand the data center industry as well as digital transformation look at Equinix

Cons

The deals take time and do not close in a week. These deals are competitive and will be grueling at times but well worth it.
