Every year Equinix SG organizes many charity activities. If employees participmany then company will pay the hours in dollars to charity. When office was renovated before covid 19, company sold the office chairs, TVs and refrigerators etc. to employees with very low price through balloting, and employees don't need to pay to company but to donate the amount to charity organizations which are certified by Singapore government.

Cons

Leaders didn‘t communicate well before a very big program started this year which is impacting cross function teams.
