Data centers are better than any others

Cons

Company has expanded rapidly and the majority of senior management have either no data center or sales experience background and/or they are being hired from a competitor. The company no longer ha the Equinix feel it did in the beginning, it is slowly morphing into it competitor

Equinix is a money hungry company where the employees working hard,less pay but management sits at a desk all day,getting paid the big bonuses.

Cons

Challenging thing at Equinix where management is unfair to employees and management puts too much stress and pressure on employees.

Over the last two years we have experienced a lot of growth in the Dallas market, and recognize that there has been a lot of training as so many new members have joined the organization and internal employees have been promoted. Layoffs in every three months Chief Customer and Revenue officer, SVP Revenue Operations, Sr Directors, Directors, Managers, developers were fired just days after joining Equinix. Politics and layoffs are the new norm that happened in every 3 months.
