      Great people, great offices, great leadership, hybrid / remote work. I hope to spend many years at Equinix.

      Pros

      The people that make the company go. The employees that do the heavy lifting are fantastic. Stock offering is good and 401k

      I worked there for over 10 years and nothing, absolutely nothing moved forward. The previous CEO used to say that everyone should: 1. feel safe 2. feel that they belong and 3. feel that the matter. yeah, those were just words that had no punch. The employee surveys that we did said that the employees were a hard "no" on all 3 of those points. The narcissism at this company is at 'epidemic' levels. The CSO is a better actor than leader.......and even the acting isn't that good either.
