      Good benefits - maternity, parental leave, wellness spending, company shutdown - extended time off, etc

      Cons

      Company growing so rapidly, and to manage this influx of resources, the company management is being more corporate than previously more tolerant of mistakes with direction of failing fast.

      Pros

      Equinix have been a great place to work for a long time. Environment and payment were great.

      Cons

      Since they changed the CEO, all sales conditions have been worsen every month and even applicable to past months. You would sell more every year just to receive less commissions than even 3 years before. Of course all the good people are leaving and the ones staying feel miserable. Also HR dont take reports seriously and Sales Ops basically dont want to pay the commissions you owned and your accounts were being moved without reasoning. Those 3 departments: CEO office, HR and Sales Ops are destroying the company.
