      Pros

      Corporate culture is good but it also depends on your boss.

      Cons

      A small group of decision-makers who make decision without collecting inputs from all levels, hence, people focus on managing up. You have a big group of stakeholder but your performance is evaluated by your boss who doesn't talk to or doesn't care about your stakeholder.

      Free snacks and soda Bonus at the end of the year Schedule is weird but works out sometimes Standard built in OT of 8 hours for shift techs

      Cons

      People Management No career moves Alot of Lazy techs that make it a not fun place to work. Management is inconsistent-baby the lazy techs and let the good workers pick up the slack.
