      Great potential - please don't screw it up!

      Pros

      A global giant in the neutral colo space and the recent launch of Cloud Exchange has added to that aura! Thanks to the stock performance, total cash comp is very competitive. Mostly competent people and a generally genial atmosphere. Also, very much a "play hard" culture.

      Cons

      Dysfunction at the top is increasing by the day - makes any cross-functional collaboration extremely difficult. Leadership traits vary from paranoid control freaks to "tone deaf" leaders totally in awe with their own smartness that they can't stop talking to listen! It's a good company if you are a mechanical or electrical engineer. Stay away from Marketing and Technology development!

      Great place overall but getting to be a bit presumptive and arrogant in relation to customers.

      Pros

      Good (but not over-the-top) pay and benefits. Good opportunities for personal training and development. Some jobs have good travel options (like sales).

      Cons

      Senior execs seem to be resting on past accomplishments and not really staying abreast of changes in the market, technologies, and customer requirements. All of these areas are better understood by middle management and soldiers in the trenches, though.

      Laid back culture, but sometimes putting a smile on everything isn't for the best

      Friendly, laid back culture; great benefits; growth company in a growing industry; active in community as well; flexibility was huge as well, as some were able to work remotely often

      Cons

      Sometimes negative input is frowned upon even when it's constructive, some people are worked harder than others
