Pros

Headsets are decent for watching Netflix

Cons

After working in Manchester for over 15 years, i am starting to realise that this company is going down the pan. This used to be a fantastic company to work for with great leaders and managers. It now feels like we are working for dictators. There is a clear line between management and operations staff with no relationship at all. That's what used to make this a great company. The senior managers and directors would level with the staff and have a good relationship with them, now its the opposite. They push the boundaries and see how much more they can squeeze from you before you break, and they seem happy for the long time employees to leave so they can brainwash and manipulate the next generation of minions.

Pros

Good work-life balance. Solid pay with significant RSU awards. There are pockets where you get to work with good, smart people.

Cons

We all had high hopes for Adaire. We all were rooting for her. Look, the culture before Adaire wasn’t perfect. There were a lot politics at play and there definitely was some cleaning up to do, but we still felt like we were working for a winning company that continued to deliver results and didn’t treat us like a number. In the last year, that has all changed. The strategy seems to be simple. Cut as many headcount as possible without impacting the revenue. We now are all a number and worry weekly that we could be on the chopping block next. The most vulnerable are SVP’s and above. They all have a target on their back since so many have been shown the door and replaced. When you have every executive in the company running scared, it just cascades down the ranks.
