Bureaucracy has overrun the organization. The customer is no longer at the center of everything we do and it’s a sad day. New ideas are crushed and processes have become so onerous nothing can be accomplished to satisfy customers. The poor customers are stuck with the under staffed and extremely overburdened support staff. While the executive org continues to grow with leaps and bounds.
