      Awesome opportunity in the cloud space new hire training - US based training for a week Low base salary but great comms great stock plan

      Cons

      non existent flexible working very poor people skills across the leadership team we are treated like children where the local SD and MD are the headmasters clock watching micro management

      Pros

      There is a lot of Overtime available downtown to those who wish to work it. It does not have to be scheduled far in advance.

      Cons

      The new breed of workers coming in is not very high. They are hoping to train them . The results have not yet been determined.
