      Pros

      Co-workers are some of the most incredible people you will ever meet. Benefits are above average.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to care about anything other than their numbers looking good. They will instruct you how to manipulate data. Should you push back, you will be punished harshly.

      Cult like culture

      Excellent offices and good tech support. Provide all required tools to operate efficiently

      Cons

      Weird culture. Feels like you are being introduced into a cult. Feels strange and fake. Everyone is way too happy and excited about anything. This gets exhasting very quickly. They all get very upset when a person acts somewhat differently to the culture being pushed down. There is unbeleievable pressure to constantly volunteer and donate to pretty much anything. All roles are very tightly defined and employees do not have the freedom to expand beyond the defined role.
