Pros

Most of the teams are good to work with. The company has been doing well for a long time now and they want to do the best for the employees.

Cons

Not all the people in the leadership understand what "leadership" is. They look out for themselves and that hurts the growth.

Weak team leader -middle management despite exceptional senior management. Great place for 2 years, afterwards routine as no new services available to be sold ..
