Pros

I have worked in the Operations field for over 11 years and have worked in the data center industry for 8. This is by far the best organization to work for. We work hard and is not anyways easy but we know that our work is important to our customers.

Cons

High stress and high levels of accountability would be considered a con by some but that's how you get top performers.

Pros

Very nice and supportive colleagues that share their experience in doing their jobs. Nice company culture and flat hierarchy. Nice work-life balance, not overtime work for not only interns but also permanent staffs.

Cons

Not very promising a career under Finance department. Feel like there isn't that much challenage that can improve personal strength.
