      Complex organizational structure and matrixed environment which can sometimes slow down decision making.

      Good, but with growing pains

      Pros

      Indeed, a positive working environment. Most people are naturally friendly and helpful. Compensation, especially RSU & ESPP Our data centers are great and business is good Opportunities arise, though career path is quite unclear

      Cons

      Lack of focus: with the growth, the company is trying to do everything at once, and prioritization is not Equinix's forte. HR: Human Resources seems too busy to care about employees. They want to work with projects which will give them visibility, but dislike talking to employees

      Pros

      Good corporate management. Modern data centers that provide best in class up-time and customer service. The company is growing steadily and the stock has performed very well.

      Cons

      Regional management style needs to get in line with corporate management. Regional management is very reactive, needs to be more proactive. Training needs to be more comprehensive.
