      Pros

      Management is on the ball all the time. They know what is going on from top to bottom which makes the executive's life much easier. People here are professionals and friendly. Great benefits and remuneration packages as well.

      Cons

      Promotional path for ambitious personnel may not be available all year round. Patience is key.

      Giant company in US and Europe but not in Asia

      Pros

      Growing company and has good strategy in its market. Focusing on only data center business is good.

      Cons

      Low payment. This is why many engineer left the company and moved to other data center operator.
