Stepping Up When it Counts

Equinix and their senior leadership team has really stepped up to support us during the COVID-19 pandemic. The leadership always preaches the Magic of Equinix and how great a company culture we have. I have worked with companies where all this turns out to be empty talk when it comes to tough economic conditions or some other type rough spot in performance. The leadership has really stepped up the past couple of months to make sure people are maintaining family priorities, providing flexibility where needed and providing tips for keeping your schedule under control during this time of too many Zoom meetings. You hear put your money where you mouth is - we've seen this the past couple of months.
Cons
The thing I think the company needs to work, that has become visible during COVID-19 are working effectively as a unified global company. Equinix reorganized a year or so ago and is still working to integrate the teams on the ground.
