      great flexibility intelligent management innovative technology love the happy hours on Thursday management shares information with the team

      Cons

      A lot of top exec positions are hired from the outside not a lot of opportunities for people in management jobs sometimes management does not listen to teams

      Senior Management / Director level frequently scream in employees faces. A culture of intimidation and harassment.

      Pros

      International element and room for progression, providing you can handle working 6 jobs at a time.

      Cons

      Bullying, taunting and the younger generation are not welcome. If the younger generation survive, they do move up the ladder quickly. If you have an interview, pick your manager wisely and make sure you establish a strong friendship. Too much politics and diversity is not welcomed (apart from sexual orientation). Becoming better at accepting that females have a role in the workplace.
