Plenty of overtime, Work with different people, Pays is ok and free uniforms paid by the company

Cons

No growth opportunity for technicians. Management treat the techs horribly. Seniority is disregarded, management can be stubborn and favortism between management and techs.

- Amazing earnings potential - Great benefits/stock plan - Good people across all organizations - Service delivery is rock solid - Great value proposition, tremendous growth - Spectacular employee events - Very respectful work/life balance A pretty amazing company history and current trajectory. Upper management really has a handle on the business and does an amazing job.

Cons

- Finicky culture favors tenured veterans; historical disparity in treatment between 'rock stars' and the rest - Some growing pains, lots of reorganization in sales - Despite tremendous overall growth, brand not recognized in some verticals - International regions still not fully integrated - Occasional feelings that you are starting over from scratch - Sometimes whispering, some backstabbing

Many challenges to help you grow. You will be rewarded if you perform well. Fun and exciting technology. Nerve center of the internet.

Cons

There is a lot of growing pains. As the company expands there are a lot of processes lacking. There is no work life balance and at times you feel you are at a start up. It is hard to stop working after a 12 hour day. In some cases you could work 20 hours a day and still not be caught up.
